Rev. Wale Maye
Pastor Wale Maye is a native of Lagos, Nigeria. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Ibadan (B.A in Economics), and later attended Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham, Maryland where he received a Master of Divinity degree in May of 2004. Pastor Maye was ordained in the African Methodist Episcopal Church in April of 2000.
However, with the call of God heavy on his heart to establish a church whose focus will be on strong biblical teaching and world missions, he left the AME Church in January 2001 to plant a new church. Today, he is the Senior Pastor of Touch of Love Bible Church in Laurel, Maryland, a church with the primary goal of preaching the unadulterated word of God and a heart for missions. Pastor Wale Maye is married to First Lady Alicia Maye and they have one son, Wale Jr.
Rev. Eustacia C. King-Hargett
One of five children born to John and Eudora Milton-King, Rev. Eustacia was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone. She attended the Freetown Secondary School for Girls and the Annie Walsh Memorial School. She later received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fourah Bay College University of Sierra Leone.
Her love for Christ and his word was instilled in her at an early age by her grandparents the late Rev. H.G Meyer and the late Mrs. Claudia Meyer who raised her. She received her call into Christian Ministry while a member of Faith African Methodist Episcopal Church under the pastorate of Rev. Robert L. Hodges.
She was trained and ordained in the AME Church and now serves as Associate Pastor at TOLBC. In preparing for ministry, Rev. Eustacia has taken theological classes at Evangel Theological Seminary. She has been blessed to minister across denominational boundaries. Rev. Eustacia has one son Nathan-James Hargett. Her philosophy for life and ministry could be found in the words of the hymn “I’m pressing on the upward way, new heights I’m gaining every day.” Her prayer, her aim is higher ground.

I was born and raised in New York City. Although I attended church regularly as a youth, I was not “born again” until November of 1997, at the ripe old age of 30. Since the sheep know the voice of their Shepard, the Lord’s call was unmistakable and I have been serving Him ever since. Imperfect in my service, I can testify to the greatness of His grace and the richness of His mercy!
Married to the beautiful Marva Keen on July 17, 1999, we have one daughter Ashley. I am active with the TOLBC Missionary Team, TOLBC Saturday Bible Study, and the TOLBC Men’s Group. My favorite scripture is Philippians 1: 6. My aim is to be authentic before the Lord.

It was an honor to be considered for the position of Elder by the Pastor and leaders of the church. I have been striving over the years to meet the standards that have been set forth. There have been challenges, but an unending faith in God keeps me going.
My past leadership roles (Church Steward and Trustee) and my experience in other ministries (Music Ministry, Couples Ministry, teaching Bible Study and Men’s Fellowship), have served to shape, and enable me to assist the Pastor, as well as carry out the duties that I have been assigned as an Elder of the church.
I pray that I can maintain the strength and wisdom to continue on in this spiritual walk.
