HAMMER Fitness Seminar – Feb. 26, 2013

The men of H.A.M.M.E.R are having a fitness seminar Feb. 23, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The guest speakers will be Bro. Zachary Taylor who has a wealth of information on healthy eating and living a holistic lifestyle and Bro. Isaac Scott Jr., who is a personal trainer, NPC Maryland State Champion and Natural Pro Bodybuilder. We are asking for donations to help sponsor this and future events and activities of the ministry.
