Sunday School Questions – Topic: Hunger
TOLBC believes that growth in the Christian faith is a life-long endeavor and that one of the places it can happen best is in Sunday School class. Sunday school is important in the spiritual development of Christians. It is the only place in most churches that gives a systematic, comprehensive, complete coverage of the Word of God. - What is the difference between physical hunger and spiritual hunger? Which is more beneficial, satisfaction of our physical hunger or satisfaction of our spiritual hunger
- What is the significance of the Lord Jesus’ first temptation (Matt. 4:2-4)? Is there a point where satisfying our physical hunger can actually become sinful?
- 2 Thessalonians 3:10 “For even when we were with you, we used to give you this order: if anyone will not work, neither let him eat..” What does this verse mean? Is the modern welfare system contrary to what this verse is teaching?/li>
